Is Portico Villas pet-friendly?

Yes! Portico Villas is a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs, up to 25 pounds, with up to two pets per apartment and a $500 pet deposit. Monthly pet rent applies; please contact our leasing office for current rates.

 

How do I pay my rent?

Portico Villas offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online such as: rent payment, service requests, and guest authorization. 

What kind of parking is available?

At Portico Villas, we offer one-bedroom units one assigned parking space, and two-bedroom units are assigned two parking spaces. Additionally, guest parking is available by reservation.


What is included in your service guarantee?

We want you to be happy with your new home at Portico Villas! Our service guarantee means that maintenance requests will be completed within (2) two business days. 


What is a “move-in guarantee”?

If you rent at Portico Villas sight-unseen and are unhappy with your apartment during the first 30 days of your lease, we will allow you to cancel your lease and you’ll only have to pay for the days you lived with us.
